About production

• Every shift, the factory produces 300,000 toothpastes, mouthwashes, foams and other personal and home care products.

It looks like this: essential oils, extracts - in total about 300 types of raw materials undergo input control and are placed in a warehouse. Before submitting for packaging, tasters check the substance for color, smell and taste. If everything is tasty and beautiful, the contents of the “pots” are poured into “plates” - that is, they are pumped to the packaging lines. A special device fills the tube with toothpaste.

Empty tubes are filled by hand; they are delivered from a nearby tube shop by a handsome young man who was not included in the shot.
